Cannonball was formed in 2023 by Trent O’Donnell and Joe Hardesty. Prior to its formation, O'Donnell and Hardesty have worked across multiple films and television shows, with O'Donnell serving as EP and director on shows such as GHOSTS, NEW GIRL and COLIN FROM ACCOUNTS and Hardesty producing comedies such as DEAD TO ME and AMERICAN VANDAL as well as feature film SELF RELIANCE.  They both collaborated on 4 seasons of a 1/2 hour comedy NO ACTIVITY (Paramount+) and the feature film RIDE THE EAGLE (Hulu).
